    • Orange Peal: Audience is OCPS employees. Published during the school year by Public Relations. An email newsletter for employees about employees and activities at schools and district offices. Employee submissions are welcome and encouraged.
    • News You Can Use: Audience is OCPS employees. Sent as an email when timely, by Communications Division. Intended to inform employees about essential need-to-know news related to employment or the district. 
    • What's News: Audience is OCPS employees. Sent by email usually once a week by Media Relations. Highlights positive OCPS news stories that appear in print, on TV or in other media from anywhere in the world.
    • Discounts & Deals: Audience is OCPS employees. Sent by email from Marketing and Events with sponsored discount offers to employees, from sports teams, performing arts organizations, and a variety of businesses. Also featured with other offers here. Proceeds benefit employee recognition programs like Teacher of the Year dinner and Retirement Luncheon.
    • Website: Audience is internet users. District home page (Orange County Public Schools), directories, calendar and the intranet landing page are managed by Public Relations. All other pages have department or school site managers. Stories (with photos or videos), districtwide event calendar details, and requests for front page banner features should be sent to Public Relations
    • Connect Orange: Audience is employees and parents of students. Sent as needed by Communications Division and school administrators. It is a mass notification system for communicating district- or school-specific information and news. Delivery can be done by voice, text or email.
    • Mobile App: Audience is anyone who downloads the app (search for "OCPS"). Features meal menus, SchoolPay, Skyward, Canvas, school directories, calendars, news feeds and more.
    • Social Media: Audience is anyone who follows "Orange County Public Schools" on Facebook - Orange County Public Schools or @OCPSNews on Twitter. News and stories from around the district are posted by Media Relations and Public Relations staff in district accounts. Schools and departments also have their own sites. Public Relations can assist OCPS staff to set up accounts.
  • Foundation for OCPS: Managed independent of the district website. Audience is internet users. Besides Foundation news and school client fundraising, it is often used for online registration or ticket sales for OCPS events. An electronic newsletter and Facebook site are also used by the Foundation.
