We assess any and all potential risks within the District to establish whether a risk is present and, if so, the range or magnitude of that risk.
Workers' Compensation: provides appropriate medical care to employees who are injured on-the-job and offers a Light Duty program for benefited employees.
In the risk management process, the outcomes of the risk assessment are combined with other considerations, such as fiscal or legal concerns, to reach decisions regarding the need for and practicability of applying various risk reduction activities within the District. We are committed to managing risk in order to maximize available funds for the education of our students.
We are also dedicated to providing quality benefits and programs to assist the District in attracting and retaining a qualified workforce.
