ESE Scheduling has revised the POPI (Pull-Out/Push-In) forms. The revised forms will help to ensure that all ESE students are scheduled appropriately and that they receive the services they need to succeed. The POPI forms are used to account for the services and times that students are pulled from regular courses for special education services. All service providers are required to complete a POPI for each student they serve. Students that receive POPI services must be scheduled into an ESE Course to reflect the appropriate Pull-Out/Push-In services.
The revised POPI forms and instructions are available here. Please review the forms and ensure that all service providers are aware of the changes.
We have also included the ESE Scheduling Guide. These guides provide additional information on how to complete the POPI forms and how to schedule ESE students. Below are the timelines for POPI scheduling.
