  • Your bookkeeper should be able to secure outside security for special events through our established contract vendor list.  The process does take some time so please plan accordingly.  Be sure to have details of the event such as: Date, times, type of event, the purpose for having extra security, how many security officers you are requesting and the duration of the event.  Also, please remember to have these officers arrive early in order to deal with pre and post event issues such as parking, registration and any last minute changes to the event.
