There are two current uses for Facilitron at OCPS:

1. Facilitron Scheduling & Reservations (S&R): used for facility reservations and to schedule HVAC and some lighting for after-hours events. Please use the information below to establish your Facilitron S&R school account and to schedule your events.
2. Facilitron WORKS: used for Work Orders and Asset Protection Tickets. This replaced the WNA system in July 2024. All WORKS questions must go through OCPS Maintenance. 

The OCPS Sustainability Office utilizes the S&R system to schedule HVAC and to monitor for conservation opportunities. All facility reservations must be provided at least 2 business days in advance. Shutdown periods require additional notice.

• Contact ocps@facilitron.com and copy sustainability@ocps.net with your name, position, and school name and request to be added to Facilitron S&R. Please be sure to specify that your request is for "Facilitron S&R" so they do not confuse this with the WORKS system.
• You will receive an email from Facilitron Inc. to finalize activating your account. If you don’t receive the email within 48 hours, check the spam folder in your inbox.
• WORKS Users - refer to the OCPS Maintenance page.

• Maintenance issues: submit a work order - refer to the OCPS Maintenance page.
