When inputting data into MaxCapture input "0" minutes for students for the following reasons only:

1. The only services that should have “0” minutes are for students that:

   1. Have an Out of State eval report, IEP, or other required documents needed for Medicaid and we cannot verify the credentials of the signing SLP

   2. OCPS eval report or Plan of Care that was signed by an un-credentialed SLP

   3. Interns provided service

2. BA clinicians or those who have not completed their Master's degree, do not enter "0"minutes in MaxCapture.
