The Office of Management & Budget is comprised of a Senior Director, two Directors, two Sr. Business Analysts, six Budget Analysts, an Administrator, a Sr. Specialist, three Sr. Budget Specialists and three Budget Specialists. Each Director has specific responsibilities; one Director oversees the General Fund operations for the PK-12 schools and one Director oversees Treasury Services functions including Cash and Debt Management. The six Analysts support PK-12 school operations, special centers, charter schools, and technical education programs. The two Sr. Business Analysts support the district's ERP system functionality. Each director and Budget Analyst also carries secondary responsibilities in supporting the district's organizational structure maintenance and operating department functions.
