Documentum Information is Located on the Electronic Recordkeeping Page

As of June 30, 2008 ALL requests for educational records (including transcripts and education verification) will be directed to schools. Transcripts must be obtained from an OCPS high school. 

All requests for employee records should be made using the Personnel File Request form above. 

Schools and work locations may use the Department & School Archive Records Request form to obtain records from microfilm or from boxes in the records warehouse.
