District procedures ensure consistent practices for before/after programs on elementary campuses.

Principals will have options:

1. Operate OCPS Extended Day on campus

2. Out-source to a qualified district approved provider

3. Offer no services on campus

Regardless of who operates before/after school, all programs will be expected to:

• Meet the highest quality standards.

• Promote student achievement.

• Provide physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development.

• Provide inclusive program that is safe and developmentally appropriate.

• Charge a uniform range of fees for program services.
