Self-service is a powerful instrument of independence, in which, employees receive the capability to exercise self-service for all business needs. Employees have the ability to access services, such as, pay stub information, leave requests, timesheets, address changes, W-2 election and report from work or home. These services are provided through the secure SAP Self-Service Portal. There are additional self-service capabilities that will be available in the future.
Step 1. Launch Internet Explorer.
Step 2. Access the link here
Step 3. Click the Logon to myOCPS link.
Need Help? Contact the Technology Coordinator at your location or Customer Care at 407-317-3375 and select the option for Desktop Support.
Step 4. Enter your Personnel Number in the User ID * field.
Step 5. Enter your Network Password in the Password * field.
Step 6. Click the Log on button.
Step 7. Click on the Employee Self-Service tab to access services, such as, pay stub information, leave requests, address changes, W-2 election and reports.
Step 9. Click the Log Off link located in the top right hand side of the page.
Step 10. Click Yes when prompted with the question "Are you sure you want to log off?"
Step 11. Close both Internet sessions that you have logged onto by clicking the Close icon located in the top right hand corner of each internet session. This will ensure that your account has been logged out and prevent anyone else from viewing it.
