FNS technology frequently ask question

  • Select Network and Internet settings on your laptop. Wifi
    Select OCPSmobile/ Connect / password: ocpsmeanssuccess

  • To take a screenshot on a Windows computer, press the "Print Screen" (PrtSc) key on your keyboard, which will copy the entire screen to your clipboard; you can then paste it into a document by pressing "Ctrl + V". To capture a specific area of the screen, use the "Windows key + Shift + S" shortcut to open the Snipping Tool.

    Key points about taking a screenshot on Windows:
    Full screen capture: Press "Print Screen" (PrtSc).
    Select area to capture: Press "Windows key + Shift + S" to use the Snipping Tool.
    Paste screenshot: Once captured, open a document and paste the image using "Ctrl + V".

  • Log in with your employee credentials on the cafeteria computer. If the printer is not listed, please create a ticket for FNS Help Desk requesting printer installation. Help at OCPS website
