This form is for user security for the software. *Access is only for those that require retrieval of long term and/or permanent records in order to fulfill their job duties.
The District currently uses ApplicationXtender which is an enterprise content management (ECM) solution. This software is a secure electronic file folder that houses OCPS' long term and permanent records such as student transcripts and personnel files.
