2025 Update for the WoW! Recognition Certificate

The Operations Division and ITS have developed an automated, program that will replace the current recognition programs. This program will score certificates, making the program more efficient and less consuming of department staff time and resources.

The first time you use the form Microsoft Office may require a change to your settings. Follow these instructions, if the form opens for you:

If one or more of the selections says "sign in" then use your OCPS network login and password to obtain access, then click the “Allow” button.
If the form opens and all selections are marked with a green checkbox then just click the "Allow" button.

A screenshot of an app permissions screen, showing a list of apps requesting access to data. The Microsoft Entra ID app is highlighted with a red arrow, indicating it requires a sign-in.

This may happen in either Edge, Chrome or both. You may have to do it more than one time, based on the number of browsers that you use. If/When all boxes are checked and green, and “Allow” is clicked, you will move forward to the certificate. This is only necessary the FIRST TIME you access the certificate.

NOTE:  WoW! Recognitions are specifically for the Operations Division and no other division will now be able to receive a WoW! Recognition Certificate.  Their name will not appear in the recipient list.

Who can receive WoW! Recognitions

All Operations Division employees (part-time or full-time) are eligible to receive WoW! Recognitions. All OCPS employees can submit WoW! Recognitions; however, an employee cannot give WoW! Recognition to him or herself and only Operations division employees can receive recognition using this program.

Note:  All WoW recognitions for temporary employees and consultants  must be directed to the appropriate agency by the department manager or department leader.  A manual copy of the certificate can be used for these staff.  Consultants and temporary staff are not eligible for quarterly awards from OCPS Operations, but we hope their employer has an awards program.
