Dear School Staff & Administrators

Welcome to the Food & Nutrition Services Program. We are here to serve our students nutritious meals and will work with each school to ensure you have the best tools.

Office Hours: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm during regular school days, Monday through Friday. Summer hours are 7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Food Safety is our Top Priority: Food Safety is the responsibility of every person who is involved in food service. If you have any concerns, please call your assigned Field Manager.

Emergencies: Escalation policies are in place for any emergencies that would arise.
Our managers and their team know what to do if any of these occur. In an emergency, FNS will be notified by the OCPS Safety Office, 407-317-3333.

Allergens: If students have allergies, please have parents fill out the Diet Order Form online using the following link: Special Diets Order Forms

  • Meal Applications
    This link takes user to FNS Breakfast and Lunch webpage where parents are encouraged to complete an online application. If paper applications are needed, please contact the Operations Manager assigned to your area.
  • Special Diets
  • Parent/Guardian must complete online a Diet Order Form - Section 1 only in the need to declare a food allergy to: Milk/Dairy, Sesame, Fish, Shellfish, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Soy, Egg, Corn and/or any type of Fruit.
  • Section 2 of the Diet Order Form should be print out from the following link Special Diets Order Forms and request the physician or any medical authority to complete and sign regarding diets related to medical disabilities.
  • Special Diets Meal Service Plan:
    • Students requiring special meal accommodations should look for the “Yellow apron & Ceiling Dangler” located inside all OCPS Cafeterias.
