Yes, every incident/injury needs to be reported to Risk Management.

Please forward all letters or documents from law firms to Risk Management so we can notify our legal department and our claims adjusters.

First, never guarantee payment of medical bills that are brought to the school. Tell the individual who brings the bill that it will be sent to Risk Management. Second, send the bill to Risk Management at riskmanagement@ocps.net. The bill will be sent to our claims adjusters and they will determine if the district is responsible for paying the bill.
